JoMarie Morris, system & operations specialist suggests, “So we are on the lookout for builders, developers, from all around the spot that may possibly be fascinated in building some kind of revolutionary job to help generate housing selections for seniors listed here in the local community.”
The Coalition started a community co-design and style hard work and located many seniors are searching for affordability, a feeling of local community, and fewer routine maintenance in housing – all with entry to health care, transportation, and places of worship.
Morris says several seniors are hunting to depart their family households and open them up for new home owners.
