A group of buyers has acquired a retail and business creating adjacent to the Bennett Block in downtown Spokane that properties Atticus Espresso & Gifts.

Howard Partners LLC and Gerry’s Trees & Nursery Inc. obtained the 3-story, 23,380-sq.-foot building that spans from 218 to 222 N. Howard St. They compensated $1.4 million for the creating past week, Spokane County Assessor’s Business documents display.
