Mixed-use constructing with 173 apartments opens in Boise

BOISE, Idaho — Additional housing is now offered in downtown Boise after Typical Communities celebrated the grand opening of the Jules on 3rd Apartments on Thursday afternoon.

The 8-story building at 412 South 3rd Avenue is a combined-use, multi-household progress that has 173 models. The apartments encompass 285,000 sq. feet previously mentioned 3,000 sq. ft of street-stage retail house. It usually takes up most of a metropolis block in the heart of the capital city.

A spokesman claimed they are now leasing studio, one-bedroom and two-bed room flats with a wide variety of ground programs.

Visit their web-site to search by their floor plans, test out a photo gallery and plan a tour. They are open up Monday by Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and 10-5 p.m. on Saturday and 12-5 p.m. on Sunday.
