CROWN Level — Police observed a Schererville male lying in bed immediately after he allegedly fired off numerous rounds inside of his condominium, like at least a single that traveled through a neighbor’s wall, court docket documents clearly show.

Nicholas J. Mihalich, 66, told law enforcement he had not read any pictures after officers entered his bedroom, which reeked of freshly ignited gunpowder, was crammed with smoke particulates and had numerous 9 mm used shell casings on the floor, Lake Legal Courtroom information condition.
