The St. Joseph Town Council helped the Land Financial institution transfer forward with redeveloping blighted structures immediately after voting to abate administrative penalties on four houses through their conference Monday.
The homes accrued fines for becoming unkempt and owning dilapidated structures. Council abated virtually $20,000. This lets the Land Financial institution to receive the home and marketplace it for redevelopment.
