30 Yrs At 92 Moose? How Did That Materialize?
May 1 is my 30th anniversary on-air with 92 Moose. Pleased function-a-versary to me.
I begun listed here as ‘Renee in the Midday’…since I was functioning 10 am to 2 pm. That goes way back to when our studios and places of work ended up on the 4th flooring of the aged Casco Financial institution Developing on Memorial Circle.

In my own existence, I have been divorced, had my heart damaged much more than once, dropped my beloved CoffeeDog on my birthday in 2006, and in 1992 missing a little one. There have been a handful of health scares alongside the way, but they had been just that…scares. I have owned a pair of houses. Over the several years, I have had corrective eye medical procedures for my vision and missing above 60 lbs from functioning with some of our consumers. I have absent to massage school and graduated from school. In 2010 ShadowDog came into my lifestyle. And previously in 2021, I had breast reduction medical procedures, and it has been a good conclusion.
I have produced a good deal of close friends alongside the way, and some have become family to me. Honestly, there are much too a lot of people today to point out who have touched my existence, so I will not even begin down that road.
As for great occasions, there is no scarcity of those people far too. When I started out below 30 decades ago, social media was not a detail, so I do have some old photos but not numerous. What is my favorite memory?
There are a lot…we would be below for days with stories… but the working day Jon and I rode horses via the Dunkin’ travel-through on Western Ave in Augusta for Commute Yet another Way Day. We rode the horses from the Augusta Plaza to Funds Park for the event. That, my mates, was a excellent working day at function.
