$111M Block 7 in downtown Redding will carry 78 far more inexpensive units

Work continues on the first phase of Block 7, a six-story parking garage, on May 11, 2021. The new parking garage is expected to be finished in the fall or early winter 2021.

As section of the $111 million Block 7 venture together California Street, building of 78 inexpensive flats in 3 structures has started out, McConnell Foundation Chief Operating Officer Shannon Phillips explained.
